QPS Employment Group is hiring a Bilingual Corporate Recruiter to support our internal recruiting efforts. As the Internal Recruiter at QPS Employment Group, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles within the organization. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understand the full cycle of talent development, and utilize analytics to support HR and hiring initiatives. Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred to support our bilingual hiring needs. This is an internal position with QPS Employment Group, Monday- Friday.

What you'll be doing:

Internal Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of roles.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to discuss recruitment needs and progress.

Talent Development:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to understand the full cycle of talent development and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in onboarding and orientation programs to support new hires' integration into the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for internal talent development and succession planning.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use HR analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular reports to HR leadership on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent development.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or three years of related experience
  • Bilingual, preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple duties in a busy work environment
  • Professional and effective communication skills
  • Able to troubleshoot/problem solve
  • Professional, confidential, and honest mannerisms
  • High level of integrity and commitment
