Position Title: Process Mold Technician
Wage: $24.71 - $31.18 Shift: 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Monday - Thursday QPS Employment has partnered with a busy company in West Branch to fill a DIRECT HIRE opportunity for a Process Mold Technician. This is a 100% Employee Owned company which makes you an employer owner plus be eligible for their excellent benefits package. Process Mold Technician Responsibilities: - Test new and inherited tooling to ensure functionality and performance - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing tooling and equipment - Conduct testing of resins to verify material quality and suitability - Establish and optimize molding processes for efficiency and quality - Perform setup and maintenance of molds and auxiliary equipment - Handle material processing and ensure adherence to quality standards - Work with various teams to resolve issues and improve processes Requirements For Process Mold Technician: - Qualified candidates MUST have previous experience as a Process Technician in a Plastics Plant - Experience with material handling, mold setup, and injection molding - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - RJG training is a plus QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
