Description
Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Proposal Coordinator to join our amazing culture. The Proposal Coordinator will lead and assist in developing high-quality proposals, coordinating the overall proposal effort, ensuring compliance with the Request for Proposal (RFP), leading pursuit teams, and facilitating the development of large and complex proposals from start to finish requiring additional customization and interdepartmental input for strategic and global customers. The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for the overall management and accountability of the proposal process. This includes engagement in full life-cycle pursuit development, encompassing strategy sessions, content development, conducting compliance reviews, and providing training and mentorship. Additionally, this position will work directly with Business Development (BD), Account Executives (AEs), and other Stakeholders throughout the various Convergint Technology Centers (CTCs) to support the qualification of an opportunity (RFP/RFI/RFQ), schedule and hold meetings, create a persuasive, 100% compliant, and accurate proposal for submittal while maintaining the deadline requirements. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant and valuable work experience may also be considered in place of a degree.
