Position Summary Direct the design and implementation of comprehensive workplace engagement practices, policies, and programs for Global Enrollment Management and Student Success (GEMSS) to advance a highly successful organizational culture which enables GEMSS to reach its mission-critical strategic priorities. Direct the strategy for cultivating a measurably inclusive, positive, people-centric, and mission-driven work environment through developing continuous learning opportunities, team-based and individual professional development programs, and other cross-functional initiatives. Ensure a consistent, complete, and impactful experience across all functional units and teams. Establish best practices, and communicate and integrate expectations for working in a hybrid environment. Provide integral leadership and thought partnership, ensuring the principles of Global Inclusion, Diversity, Belonging, Equity, Access, and Justice (GIDBEAJ) are inherent in the execution of GEMSS strategic plans, goals, operations, and public-facing activities furthering an inclusive work culture. Head the GEMSS diversity committee and represent GEMSS on the University's Global Inclusion Officers Council. Implement mechanisms and measures to assess the workplace, ensuring it optimizes and enables a positive, responsive, effective work culture reflective of the interconnected, global, vibrant NYU experience. Monitor a significant budget to enable the workplace engagement strategy and associated initiatives. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $90,000.00 to USD $130,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
