Job Description: Make necessary changes with employees and to equipment to achieve company's quality standards. Make sure that all cleaning is meeting company's standards through swab testing and/or follow up inspections. Make sure that all necessary data is being recorded on required intervals. Make sure that general housekeeping duties are being done and comply with the standards of food safety. Make sure that equipment is being maintained by doing general inspections of equipment, performing basic mechanical troubleshooting and reporting any repair needs to maintenance.
