Student Application Steps and Contact Information: 1. Meet with the Financial Aid office to determine if you are eligible for work-study. If you are eligible, you will be awarded an annual work study agreement. 2. Look at the open work study positions on www.dunwoody.edu and decide which one(s) you are interested in applying to 3. Apply to the position on-line. 4. If you meet the requirements, the hiring manager will contact you to set up an interview. Interview with the hiring manager at scheduled time. 5. If offered the position, Human Resources will send an email link to fill out a Disclosure & Release of Information Authorization. Human Resources will run a background check and notify you once results have come back. 6. Send identification to HR: a passport OR a driver's license and a social security card OR a driver's license and an original birth certificate to demonstrate you are eligible to work in the United States. If you want to set up Direct Deposit, please also bring a voided check. 7. You will receive an email from HR upon completion of the new hire paperwork process indicating clearance to begin working. |
