Dudley Ventures have invested over $1.6 billion with its national banking partners to finance projects with deep community impact. This position reports to the Dudley Ventures leadership team in the Financial Reporting - Accounting and is responsible for the accounting of all activity for multiple entities, preparation of financial statements and conducting complex analyses. 40 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Accounting for multiple entities, including invoicing, bank deposits and payments, journal entries and account reconciliation. Prepare internal and external financial statements for review. Prepare and provide support for partnership tax returns and audited financial statements. Communicate with third parties regarding reporting to be received. Prepare entries for consolidating financial statement process. Participate on projects requiring analysis and knowledge of GAAP and income tax principles. Required Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, Outlook). Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy. Team player and positive attitude. Knowledge of GAAP. Ability to use various financial accounting software packages. Understanding of automated accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics preferred. Familiarity with partnership tax returns is an advantage. Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field and a minimum one year of financial service or public company experience. CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
