Physical Therapist PRN

Evergreen Retirement Community is looking for a Physical Therapist to work PRN to cover vacations and time off.

Evergreen is a Christian, non-profit senior living organization serving older adults ages 55 and better. Located in a pleasant residential neighborhood in Oshkosh, Evergreen offers many options to meet unique needs

• Three styles of independent living accommodations
• Two levels of assisted living plus memory care
• Short-term rehabilitation and post-surgical care
• Long-term skilled nursing
• Evergreen At Home personal care and homemaker services

We are home to over 350 residents.

This position is PRN. The position hours are typically 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. The hours for this position can be flexible.

As a Physical Therapist at Evergreen, you will:

• Assess, plan, organize and administer rehab programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
• Complete evaluations and discharges for the Skilled Nursing Facility and Home Health
• Supervise two physical therapy assistants

The ideal candidate:

• is able to manage his or her time well
• is able to work both independently and as part of a team

Candidate must have:

• Valid Wisconsin Physical Therapist License
• has the ability to engage people, especially older adults
• is flexible and adaptable
