LPN - PM Shift (3pm-9pm)

Evergreen is seeking compassionate and talented LPN to join Evergreen!

Evergreen is a non-profit senior living organization serving older adults ages 55 and better. Located in a pleasant residential neighborhood in Oshkosh, Evergreen offers many options to meet unique needs.

This position can be between 12-30 hours per week base on what you are looking for, on the PM shift (3:00pm-9:00pm). Every other weekend and every other holiday are required.

This position can be eligible for Evergreen's health, vision and dental insurance, and 403(B) retirement program with company match depending on the numbers worked.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform skilled nursing tasks
• Pass medications
• Assure proper techniques and/or procedures are followed
• Supervise unit staff during assigned shift
• Use appropriate safety procedures and standard precautions in completing work assignments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification
• A desire to work with older adults
