Contract to hire position available with one of our well-respected Appleton clients working in production! This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company that specializes in integrated, comprehensive packaging solutions in industrial and retail markets along with in strive to help their employees win through personal growth and a shared future! Responsibilities: Taking product off the machines to be packed and/or palletized Working with raw materials to load onto the machine Completing quality checks of product Wrapping and/or banding product by machine or hand Assembling pallets to appropriate sizes for shipping Operating a tow motor to move palletized product General housekeeping of work area General Information: Hours: Training could be on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, then will move to a straight 2rd shift 1st shift is 6:00am-2:00pm Monday-Friday 2nd shift is 2:00pm-10:00pm Monday-Friday 3rd shift is 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday Length: Temp to Hire Pay: $20.00 Location: Appleton Job ID: 199213 #Appleton1 Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent is desired Ability to work in a faster-paced position Bend, twist, rotate, and lift up to 20-25 lbs. consistently, and 50lbs. on a frequent basis Must be comfortable standing for eight-plus hours at a time Must be able to read and write in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and have good problem-solving skills High attention to detail and excellent counting skills Must be flexible with the schedule with overtime; may be asked to come in early or stay later and work a 12-hour shift If you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to appleton@flexstaff.com.
