Do you have Accounting experience and a proficiency with QuickBooks? Are you looking to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is like a family?

Our client is in the Green Bay area is looking for an experienced Officer Manager to join their team!

In this role, you will be responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations and procedures. Support all accounts payable and receivable functions and watch over and set up all customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Invoice customers
  • Accounts payable (scan, save and enter invoices)
  • Enter accounts receivable and deposit transmittals, handle the past due accounts receivable report
  • Determine invoices needed to be paid weekly and pull the invoices
  • Enter prospective customers and process credit applications for new customers
  • Review the Unfinished Billing Report daily
  • File customer job packets, accounts receivable files and paperwork
  • New vendor set-up
  • Process credit card transactions
  • Responsible for monthly reports to the company accountant - invoices received with previous month's date and sales tax spreadsheet
  • Close out completed customer jobs
  • Reconcile the company credit card
  • Track vendor returns
  • Help resolve any issues with customers and vendors
  • Send out customer statements at end of month
  • Other duties include timecards, invoicing, office mail, assist with shipment inquiries, etc.

General Information:

Hours: Full time, 44 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm and Friday 7am-3:30pm

Length: Temporary to Hire, potentially Direct Hire

Pay: $20.00/hour-$26.00/hour, based on experience

Requirements:
  • Must have 1+ year of accounting experience
  • QuickBooks knowledge is required
  • Accounting Degree is preferred
  • Knowledge of formulas and creating spreadsheets in Excel is needed, anything more advanced is a plus
  • Steelhead software knowledge is a plus
  • Outgoing, strong communication skills
  • Organized, accurate, detailed and work well with deadlines
  • Stable work history
