3rd shift Food Production

Seeking interested candidates for a production line for one of our Mosinee area clients. This opportunity is temp to hire for the right individual!

Hours are 2am to 9am (or until the job is completed) Monday-Saturday with some work needed on Sundays. Our client does cross training so you learn nearly all of the jobs so that you can fill in as needed. Hours are generally 40 hours per week unless overtime is required. The pace can be extremely busy at times while slow at other times. Must be able to handle both environments.

Job duties include:

* Monitor and control production machinery

* Monitor and use clean in place procedures on product machinery and tools

* Correctly take samples of product for lab testing

* Fill out proper documentation according to customer and government agencies

* Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Must be able to twist, bend, squat and lift with 50lb object in hand and lift up to 60 pounds from the ground. Must also be able to stand and walk for long periods and have good finger/hand/multi-limb dexterity. Must be detail oriented and work within a hot work environment,. There will be chemical exposure for cleaning and hot surfaces with exposure to dairy products.

Must be able to work alongside minors. Drug testing will be completed prior to placement.
