Do you have Customer Service experience and enjoy a variety of work to do each day? Do you have experience with automotive parts, inventory and/or an interest in learning about automotive and/or heavy duty equipment parts? Our client in the Green Bay area is looking to find a Parts Counter Clerk to join their company. They also offer a fantastic Health Benefits Package! This role involves customer service and inventory management. You will receive in, process sales of parts and ensure deliveries of parts and accessories are met. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries for parts, identify needs, fulfill orders from stock and place orders with vendors Work with the shop personnel to supply parts for Mechanic Technicians Make sure parts pulled from shelves for the work orders daily Order items needed for inventory Process charges on parts being distributed Help prepare quotes for customer jobs Inspect and store vendor drop-offs by the end of the day they arrive.
