Purpose: As a Project Planner/Scheduler at Worley, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the activities of schedulers, ensuring the accuracy of engineering and construction schedules, and fostering strong relationships across various functions within the company. Your leadership will be instrumental in presenting scheduling procedures to clients and providing guidance in the selection, appraisal, and training of planning/scheduling staff. Ultimately, you will contribute to Worley's mission of delivering sustainable change by efficiently managing project timelines and resources. Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in project planning and scheduling principles and practices, with the ability to assess schedule accuracy and identify optimization opportunities. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide guidance and direction to planning/scheduling staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Client Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders, effectively presenting scheduling procedures and addressing inquiries. Analytical Abilities: Advanced analytical abilities with the capability to analyze complex data, identify patterns and trends, and draw conclusions to inform decision-making. Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to contribute to strategic initiatives, aligning project planning activities with Worley's broader objectives and sustainability goals.
