Join our team as a Patient Experience Representative in our Cardiac Acute Care Unit, where you'll be based in-office full-time during the hours of 3pm-11:30pm, Monday through Friday. In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of the following responsibilities:

* Patient Encounter Management:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance unit operations
- Collaborating closely with referring providers and practices
- Securing necessary authorizations for patient and staff schedules
- Efficiently scheduling patients and providing support throughout their encounter

* Check In / Check Out:
- Warmly greeting and guiding patients, families, and visitors
- Monitoring the daily schedule and coordinating with clinicians and supervisors
- Handling payment reconciliation and deposit preparation, ensuring accurate records in hospital systems
- Facilitating communication with our Financial Counseling team

* Administrative:
- Recording and forwarding messages, prioritizing urgent calls for information or services, and initiating emergency services when necessary
- Offering routine clerical assistance as required

To qualify for this role, you should possess:
* A high school education, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Previous experience in customer service or administration is advantageous
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with empathy for challenging interpersonal situations
* The ability to effectively engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders
