Responsibilities

The Training Manager will create and maintain baseline unit training programs.

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

  • Identify future training requirements and implement training plans
  • Manage leadership development programs
  • Coordinate with outside agencies for external training
  • Manage training program for multiple career disciplines
  • Communicate with senior leaders and unit members to ensure training objectives are met
    Schedule organizational training

Qualifications

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

  • 20 years professional instruction experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter, capable of large quantity of self-education
  • Experience using ISD training model
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
  • Strong collaborator with high emotional intelligence
  • Effective time-management skills

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 4 more years experience in lieu of a degree.

Clearance requirement: Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI)
