We have a great opportunity for a Survey Repair Technician to join our team!

Overview:

  • Repairs and adjusts customer tools to appropriate standards and provides timely repair services.
  • Interacts with walk in customers in the survey retail center
  • Relies on pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Planning of repairs and evaluation of results
  • Repairs customer equipment and evaluates the results.
  • Repairs customer equipment as assigned by Survey Manager.
  • Responsibilities to method modification and development and validation of new methods
  • Participates in the modification and validation of new methods as assigned by Survey Manager
  • Responsible for the overall housekeeping of their workspace and retail center.
  • Provide reasonable care of equipment, vehicles, and materials
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • High degree of mechanical aptitude
  • Basic understanding of electronic concepts
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Communicates interpretations with co-workers.
  • A certain degree of creativity is required.
  • May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in an area of specialty
