(MTSI) is seeking an Electronic Warfare Engineer for the USAFWC Angry Kitten Electronic Attack Pod reprogramming, a multitasking, quick-paced, dynamic environment supporting Department of Defense Electronic Warfare test and training. Responsibilities

Candidate will provide relevant Electronic Warfare (EW) engineering and data analysis expertise supporting Angry Kitten Electronic Warfare family of systems integration with United States Air Force Warfare Center (USAFWC) test and training activities. Candidate will build and present realistic threat training environments, as well as the briefings and documentation explaining same. Candidate will maintain up-to-date knowledge of US and (potential) adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to provide the most realistic training environments possible. Candidate will provide After Action Report (AAR) inputs to the test and training audience to assess effectiveness of EA and EP techniques.

Candidate will utilize EW engineering experience and knowledge to provide programming techniques supporting test and training objectives. Candidate will collect, document, and analyze data from EW source and victim systems to iterate advanced techniques. Candidate will support build and delivery of support materials for mission partner test and training planning, execution, debrief and after-action reports.

Candidate will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and decentralized Angry Kitten team. Clear and concise thinking and communication of ideas are key, as is fluid knowledge of the MS Office suite.


Qualifications

Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
* 3+ years' experience on an engineering team
* Knowledge and experience working with:
o RF spectrum, radar systems, electronic attack systems, electronic support systems, electronic protection, electromagnetic environment, military air and ground operations
* Candidate must be able to process and analyze data, assess system performance, develop conclusions and recommendations, and generate report quality data products
* Candidate must be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment and be able to handle rapidly changing requirements; candidate must be able to distill important technological facts and integration requirements and advise leadership on methods to maintain coherency with overall objectives
* Candidate must have ability to effectively bridge thoughts and effectively articulate across engineering, operations, and management communities

Desired Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
* Knowledge and experience working with:
o Current DoD aircraft internally or externally mounted Electronic Warfare systems
o Fixed or mobile ground-based Electronic Warfare systems
o AESA radar systems
o Signal analysis, PDW analysis
* Experience working on a flight line
* Modeling EA algorithms and developing analytical tools and applications to support Mission Data development
* Experience programming with MATLAB/Simulink, Python, VBA, and/or C++

Educational Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Mathematics required or Associates Degree with 10+ years' experience or no degree with 12+ years' experience.
* Master of Science in Engineering or Mathematics desired.
* Electrical Engineering focus highly desired.

Travel Requirements:
Routine travel is expected. Candidates should anticipate one week per month. Non-traditional work hours may be required.

Clearance Requirements:
TS with in-scope SSBI and SCI/SAP eligibility required.

U.S. Citizenship is required
