**Job Description:**
Worley is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Administrator to join our team. The HSE Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE administration, with a focus on compliance, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety program development.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **HSE Program Development and Implementation:**
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HSE programs and policies in alignment with Worley's standards and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly review and update HSE procedures to reflect the latest industry best practices and regulations.
2. **Compliance and Risk Management:**
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and Worley's standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish and maintain a culture of safety, emphasizing the importance of compliance and risk mitigation.
3. **Incident Investigation and Reporting:**
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, analyzing trends and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
4. **Training and Awareness:**
- Organize and conduct HSE training programs, workshops, and safety drills for employees and contractors to enhance awareness and understanding of HSE practices.
- Promote a safety-conscious culture through regular communication and engagement with all stakeholders.
5. **Documentation and Record Keeping:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety inspections, incidents, training activities, and other HSE-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding record-keeping and reporting.
6. **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and external agencies to ensure HSE standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate HSE expectations clearly to all stakeholders and provide guidance on compliance and best practices.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Have several relevant years of experience in HSE administration within the energy, chemicals, or resources sectors.
- Strong knowledge of relevant HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and developing training programs.
