About the Role

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for the offshore upstream sector? Worley is seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Subsector Lead, Offshore Upstream to spearhead our global offshore upstream subsector. This pivotal role involves developing strategies, driving business growth, and enhancing our brand presence worldwide.

Responsibilities:



  • Customer Account Leadership: Support development and management of key global customer accounts.
  • Strategy Development: Formulate subsector strategy based on industry trends and shifts.
  • Implementation: Steward and implement these strategies across relevant regions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
  • New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities and regions.
  • M&A Activities: Participate in subsector-specific acquisitions and integrations.
  • Major Opportunities: Drive strategic pursuits and proposals for major opportunities.
  • Market Representation: Represent Worley at global conferences and industry forums.
  • Global Collaboration: Ensure global collaboration for optimal service delivery.
  • Budget Management: Support strategic implementation through effective budget management.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor and consolidate subsector financials globally.
  • Technology Advancement: Identify and develop unique technological capabilities.
  • Project Scope: Oversee Greenfield and Brownfield Projects, Fixed and floating structures, Topsides and subsea, including technology solutions.
  • Project Phases: Manage all project phases from early Concept to Execute and Handover, and support to Decommissioning.
  • Sector Leadership: Work as part of a wider sector leadership team covering Upstream, Midstream, and LNG.

About You

You will lead the development of global subsector strategies, drive new business revenue, and support regional leadership in executing multi-location projects. Your efforts will elevate Worley's brand awareness in line with our global strategy.
