Check out Herzing University's Full Time Nursing Faculty opportunity teaching on-site at our Orlando Campus location for Non-Degree students, Associate's students, and Bachelor's students to include both didactic and clinical/lab classes.

Monday-Friday with some weekends based on business need for clinicals. Class times are available in the morning, afternoon, and evenings.

Requirements for Qualification



  • Master of Science in Nursing
  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse License in the State of Florida
  • Nursing experience in maternal/newborn, pediatrics, and/or adult health is preferred
  • Previous teaching experience is preferred


This position requires individuals with knowledge and understanding of the professional career paths and demands of the nursing field, as well as, the ability to inspire students to the highest level of achievement in preparation for those career paths and employer demands. Those with motivation, integrity and enthusiasm for teaching, a willingness to embrace Herzing's mission and adapt to the needs to adult learners, will excel in this position.
