Job Description

We are growing
and looking for motivated individuals to learn our business and grow with us!

Opening on Weekend shift
Operators play a vital role in our manufacturing
process and can be placed in a variety of process areas. Some Operators at Ducommun are programming
and operating Wave and Selective Solder or our Wash machines. Our solder machines solder through hole
components to the circuit boards we manufacture and the wash machine cleans the
board to remove things like debris and finger prints. Another area an Operator could be placed is
within our Conformal Coating area. Here
circuit boards are sprayed with a protective coating that protects the circuit
boards against moisture, chemicals, dust and extreme temperatures.

circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense.

Job
Summary & Essential Functions:

Perform various assembly
operations as assigned by the production supervisor.

  • Assemble electrical or electromechanical devices or components using a variety of hardware/tools
  • Operate a variety of equipment as needed to fulfill customer requirements
  • Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members
  • Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.
  • Perform other assignments as required
