Our Facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense.

Job Summary

Provide test engineering for facility.

  • Manages all aspects of small projects with regular review of senior staff
  • Perform analysis, diagnostics, and preliminary evaluation of products
  • Develop testing procedures
  • Perform test equipment and fixturing design responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance resolution on testing procedures
  • Create assembly instructions, Bill of Materials (BOM), and drawings
  • Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members
  • Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area
  • Perform other assignments as required

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of engineering concepts, physics, and chemistry principles
  • Knowledge of basic manufacturing test processes
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Proficient in technical writing, good documentation skills; attention to detail is critical
  • Able to read and interpret engineer drawings
  • Prior experience with an ISO environment is a plus
  • Demonstrated analytical expertise including ability to plan, resolve problems effectively, and establish priorities
  • Understanding of DOE, 6-signma, Lean Manufacturing is desired
  • Working knowledge at an intermediate level of computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Project
  • Ability to communicate with customers and project company image to attract business
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes; together with work measurement and standards

Required Experience/Education/Training/Certifications:

  • BSEE or BSEET degree from accredited school
  • 2-4 years
