ISS Sr. Quality Engineer (SQENG)

(Location: Irvine CA)

INTEGRITY Security Services (ISS) has a specific mission to deliver world-class cyber security solutions.

ISS Senior Quality Engineers establish and maintain quality management processes and procedures required for quality best-practices (ISO 9001 and related), which includes continuous improvement for system manufacturing, inspection, test, documentation, supplier monitoring, reporting, and anything else that ensures customer satisfaction through quality.

1. Work with a small team of manufacturing engineers that build, provision, and test cryptographic security appliances
2. Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to quality management system (ISO 9001 and related)
3. Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, suppliers, customers)
4. Identify root cause and implement corrective actions needed to achieve product quality requirements
5. Work with internal and external stakeholders as needed to report on quality issues, risks, and remediations
6. Plan, create documentation, implement, and maintain quality-related processes and procedures
7. Carry out product and process auditing
8. Other tasks that may arise

1. Knowledge of compliance and safety standards such as ISO 9001 and UL
2. Working knowledge of electronic and mechanical components for enterprise equipment
3. Exceptional analytical skills in the formulation of solutions for problems
4. Possess working knowledge of major operating systems including Linux, Windows, and MacOS
5. Strong MS Office skills using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
6. Effective communication skills, both written and oral
7. Knowledge of script-level programming is a plus

This is a full-time position. We offer flexible work-hours including hybrid work. The candidate must reside local to the Irvine, CA office to work on-site as needed. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

Occasional day and overnight travel may be required

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering (or equivalent) highly desired

Minimum 5 years in an ISO 9001 quality or other regulated manufacturing environments

Previous work experience with aerospace and defense manufacturing a plus

Must be a U.S. citizen

The US base salary range should be in the $120K-$140K + bonus + equity + benefits DOE
