SI's Domestic Consulting Services (DCS) division supports federal clients to execute the evidence requirements of the Evidence-Based Policy Making Act of 2019 with a variety of evidence-building and evidence-use initiatives. DCS is committed to bringing evidence to bear in decision-making to projects through a data-driven lens, delivering insights necessary to assess policy, improve programs, and understand the customer experience. Overview: Social Impact is new to the domestic space and seeks consultants with deep knowledge of key federal agencies to lead strategy for proposals. Current agencies of interest include Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), specifically Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Labor (DOL), and Department of Defense (DOD) including Defense Security Cooperation (DSCA) and other agencies. Position Description: The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the strategy and coordination for proposals. This includes a strategic approach for technical and cost, setting win themes and identifying significant strengths, guiding writers and at times writing sections where necessary and leading teaming and staffing decisions Responsibilities:
