About the Role

Come contribute to our team developing civil and environmental infrastructure projects. We deliver solutions for our public works and private clients through all phases of a project lifecycle. Reporting to our Ocean Pines, MD office, the Construction Manager I will focus on construction inspection/oversight, with potential responsibilities and the opportunity for growth in construction management, operations support, and environmental monitoring.

What you will do:

The Construction Manager will work with a senior construction manager and engineers to oversee civil and environmental construction and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and standards. Our team will provide guidance and mentoring for growth.

This position provides an opportunity to work on projects focused on:



  • Site development
  • Stormwater management facilities
  • Water and wastewater facilities
  • Landfill cells and caps

What You Need



  • H.S. diploma/GED or an Associate or Bachelor's degree in engineering technology, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 or more years of civil / environmental construction inspection experience.
  • Experience with soils/materials testing, reinforced concrete, utilities, pavement, drainage, and geosynthetics inspection is preferred.
  • Excitement to develop experience across a range of projects.

Anticipated salary range $75,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
