To help us achieve this, we are seeking someone to join the platforms team to execute our day-to-day video strategy across AJC.com, the AJC mobile app and other platforms. This person will work closely with the Platforms Editor and Video Lead, managing the distribution and placement of content from the video production team across all platforms. They will manage multiple players, ensuring that each video has maximum reach and engagement. They will also work to ensure that related videos are attached to popular articles on AJC.com. This position will be a part of efforts to test, measure and iterate on a variety of strategies to build audience and increase engagement, with a strong emphasis on results and metrics-driven decision making. While this position allows hybrid work, it will be based in metro Atlanta and the producer will be expected to be onsite in our Atlanta office regularly. In this position you will:

USD 28.08 - 42.12 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $28.08 - $42.12/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
