Position overview: The Vice President of Demand Generation will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy that fuels revenue growth and furthers our mission of improving early childhood education around the world. The VP will direct digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, marketing automation, operations, and analytics. Working closely with the leadership team, the VP will play a critical role in helping the company achieve aggressive revenue and growth goals. The Demand Generation team will be responsible for driving awareness and procuring leads for net new customers and growing our installed base through innovative multi-channel campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of the B2B marketing landscape, demand generation best practices, and marketing technologies. The ideal candidate will be analytical and data-driven in their decision-making, and a skilled and versatile leader with the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on, team-based execution. A proven track record of leading successful demand generation teams with a focus on measurable ROI is required. Specific roles and responsibilities:
