Job Summary

Our global activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, Digital Marketing Patient Recruitment Manager within our Patient Recruitment and Retention Department. This position will specialize in overseeing digital marketing strategy, execution, and content creation for patient recruitment activities.



Responsibilities

    Oversee development of meaningful content for creative materials that target a global audience of patients, caregivers, research site staff, and physicians;
  • Manage media campaigns and develop recruitment funnels including use of radio, print, Google Ads, and Facebook;
  • Partner with internal and external teams to evaluate and integrate innovative digital tools for the successful acquisition of patients and patient engagement;
  • Strategically review patient recruitment advertisement vendor campaigns and results;
  • Stay current on leading industry trends that will impact strategies in trial recruitment and effectively apply knowledge;
  • Effectively communicate recruitment strategy to executive management, senior leadership, and team members; and
  • May have oversight and/or mentorship responsibilities of departmental team members.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or Life Sciences;
  • Minimum of 3 years of SEO or SEM experience; experience in health marketing is a plus;
  • Preferred 3 to 5 years' experience of Clinical Research industry experience, with at least 2 years' experience related to Patient Recruitment;
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office; and
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads, Facebook/IG marketing, and other online advertising verticals
