Job Summary Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office based ServiceNow Developer to join our Information Technology team. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and providing support to ensure the effective utilization of the platform. Responsibilities ServiceNow Development: - Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. - Customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements. - Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. Systems Analysis: - Work closely with business users to understand their needs and pain points. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs. - Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows using ServiceNow. - Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes. Platform Support: - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform. - Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions. - Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science. - Preferred experience in one or more of the following: JavaScript, REST APIs, C#, ServiceNow, git, Azure DevOps. - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Systems Analyst. - Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including Scripting, Workflows, UI Policies, and Integrations. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB. - Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent computer skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
