The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, hard-working Senior Business Process Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive key initiatives that span multiple teams and systems across the organization. You will collaborate closely with various teams to streamline processes, manage resources, and ensure the successful execution of internal projects. You will also play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, leading efforts to optimize practices and contribute to Adobe's technological advancements.

What you'll Do
  • Work directly with engineering, IT, Finance, and Operational teams to design, develop, and deploy cross-functional operational improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate and handle workstreams in large-scale business transformational programs.

  • Deliver status and reporting to provide project clarity and transparency to different levels across the business.

  • Drive alignment on key decisions and problem-solving in a decisive, confident, and timely manner.

  • Build partnerships with key collaborators to lead them through impact analysis, user acceptance testing, and adoption of changes required to deliver business value.

  • Partner closely with engineering teams to understand the technical complexities of each issue and determine the most efficient path to resolution.

  • Use your technical expertise to bridge the gap between the engineering and other teams, ensuring a shared understanding and facilitating effective problem-solving.

What you need to succeed
  • 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager in SaaS and/or related industry or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity working with product management, Dev, or quality engineering would be a plus.

  • BS/BA or equivalent relevant years of experience

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with highly technical engineering teams

  • Proven track record in leading multi-functional teams through influence versus direct management.

  • Ability to break down very complex technical projects and present this information to non-technical teams who need to be informed and made aware of risks and trade-offs as a project progresses.

  • Proficiency in using different Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Dynamics) and familiarity with various ERP and CRM tools.

  • Understanding of how different technical integrations impact or work across various systems.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $123,400 -- $224,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
