The Opportunity

As a Group Manager for Adobe's digital business, you will lead a team of growth managers who build and implement the strategy to grow revenue from expansion and retention motions on Adobe's self-serve surfaces like Adobe.com. This is a global role that spans all of Adobe's Digital Media Products like Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat etc.

We are looking for a strategic problem solver who can come up with big bets to enhance customer experience and grow revenue, and then partner with platform product, analytics, demand generation, and regional teams to implement those bets to realize that revenue growth. As a senior leader, you should be skilled at concurrently leading a portfolio of short-term and long-term projects, distilling progress/ blockers across a range of issues for executives, keeping a successful team motivated and challenged.

What you'll do

  • Build a robust understanding of Adobe's products, transaction surfaces and customer purchase motivations

  • Use existing data insights or commission new analytics projects to identify experiences and messaging that improve upsell, cross-sell and customer retention

  • Prioritize the biggest bets and generate cross-functional alignment to ensure all contributing teams are geared up to support initiatives that will deliver quarterly and yearly revenue goals

  • Drive trade-off conversations to balance the user experience testing roadmap across surfaces

  • Keep a pulse on external industry trends and feed implications into the strategic planning process

  • Distill progress and blockers for executives with an eye on materiality

  • Direct the work of team of growth managers and mentor them to grow their impact

What you need to succeed

  • BS/BA with 12+ years of experience in product led growth strategy, product marketing, product management or tech focused management consulting; MBA preferred

  • Expertise in online business models and testing and optimization of customer experiences to deliver against revenue goals

  • Demonstrated excellence in insights driven strategic thinking and ability to parse out big bets from smaller ones

  • Highly skilled in navigating organizational complexity, influencing product roadmaps and running several high impact initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong executive presence and communication

  • Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $116,400 -- $257,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
