The Sr. Talent Development Advisor will be a key member of the Talent Development (TD) based in Houston, TX within the Human Resources function, reporting to the Manager of Talent Development. This position is primarily tasked with delivering training courses in person and virtually, as well as overseeing training program(s), projects or processes as assigned. The training classes consist of professional skill development, team building, and leadership courses. In addition, this person will have the opportunity to research and create interactive learning content. This person will communicate and interact daily with all levels of the organization (along with the rest of the team) while facilitating interactive and visually appealing learning content in instructor-led and web-based training environments. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, passionate, highly comfortable with public speaking, interested in the development of others, and has the desire to excel with the highest level of accountability and integrity. The ability to independently and intelligently reason, successfully solve problems, and manage multiple tasks and projects through execution is highly valued. A successful candidate must have solid communication skills, and the ability to intuitively listen for thorough understanding of the client's concerns or interests. Key Responsibilities Conducts instructor-led professional training, such as leadership, management, team building, and employee development courses to large in-person and virtual audiences. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Training and Development, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or related field.
