The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Director, HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the Global Marketing Organization's leadership team. This role will help align business objectives with people strategies including a focus on developing leaders and teams, driving organizational effectiveness, engaging our employees, fostering an inclusive culture, and prioritizing the highest impact solutions. In addition, this role will lead an HR Business Partner team to provide partnership to the GMO (org size ~1400 FTEs).

What You'll Do

  • Strategically partner with the CMO and other senior leaders in the organization

  • Proactively Identify and address critical organizational and people issues, and remove barriers impeding the success of the business

  • Build future bench and upscale capabilities through development of top talent and strategic hires

  • Ensure the implementation of the optimal organization design to enable the leadership team and the organization to scale

  • Instill a culture that resonates with Adobe's values of Create the Future, Own the Outcome, Raise the Bar, and Be Genuine

  • Deliver, in partnership with our COEs, HR cyclical programs to the business, as well as lead unique HR initiatives and projects with global impact to the HR organization as needed

What You Need to Succeed

  • 12+ years of HR or relevant leadership experience

  • Experience leading an HR Business Partner Team

  • BA or BS degree in a related field

  • Ability to foster relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization

  • Proactive strategic partnership, operational rigor, and speed of execution

  • Exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain agile in an ever-changing environment

  • Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency

  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple high impact priorities

  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, and skilled in use of Microsoft Office

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $166,200 -- $351,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
