(*in collaboration with AbbVie) About the Role: Join Our Team as a Director, Clinical Practice Liaison in our Long Term Care space: Leading Innovation in Medical Science and Engagement!Do you have a passion for driving meaningful connections between healthcare providers and cutting-edge medical advancements? At Neurocrine, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Field Director to lead a team of field-based Clinical Practice Liaison (CPL) with expertise in the LTC space. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to connect with Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other Health Care Providers (HCPs) in the Therapeutic Area of interest. You will lead and manage a team of Clinical Practice Liaisons across the US, utilizing your expertise to engage and communicate Neurocrine science while gaining valuable clinical insights. This is a field-based role with considerable travel requirements, offering a unique opportunity to make a direct impact across diverse healthcare settings. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 35% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. |
