(*in collaboration with AbbVie) About the Role: Responsible for leading a Long-Term Care (LTC) sales team in the successful promotion and growth of life-changing treatments for people with serious, challenging, and under-addressed neurological, endocrine, and psychiatric disorders. Successfully recruits, hires, on-boards and leads a diverse, high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales goals within an assigned geographic area. Manages key projects, works closely with commercial cross-functional teams, and develops strategies to provide access through LTC pharmacy fulfillment. Provides clear direction and coaching, working collaboratively in the field with other sales teams to assist in identifying needs and opportunities in Long-Term Care. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an incentive compensation plan with a target of $60,000.00 annually and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. |
