The Manufacturing Product Quality Assurance (QA) Technician will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability in our manufacturing of data center products. This role involves inspecting, testing, and evaluating various systems and products to maintain optimal quality and compliance with industry standards. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: An Associate's degree (A.A., A.S.) from a two-year community college or technical school with an emphasis in Computer Studies or Instrumentation and Controls is helpful but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Desire to or Experience in programming in the Industrial Environment, implementing Industrial Control Software (Startup) and experience in dealing with customers regarding system requirements is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places, outside weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel will be limited and expect less than 10-15% as most activity will be in the production shop. Occasional travel to other production shops to assist with testing is expected. This may include travel to job sites to view or assist with commissioning activities. |
