What You'll Be Doing

  • Implement organizational development initiatives that align the workforce with business strategies.
  • Support career pathing, goal-setting, and employee development to drive engagement.
  • Build trust and rapport with employees and coach leaders on talent management strategies.
  • Contribute to the talent management cycle, focusing on learning and development initiatives.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and develop leadership programs for high-potential employees.
  • Administer online learning platforms and create content for leadership development.
  • Develop and organize procedure manuals and training materials.
  • Stay current with industry trends and recommend change management strategies.
  • Deliver training courses, workshops, and webinars on leadership and soft skills.
  • Analyze data trends to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with HR and recruiting teams on training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in organizational or leadership development, human resources, organizational psychology or other human development related degrees and 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience/training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to form relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various locations.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work.

Location/Travel Requirements:

Ideally individual needs to be located in Omaha, Nebraska or Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Travel to be expected with this position, is up to 30%.
