The Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division provides expert support services to a range of customers spanning across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and international markets. JOID provides a diverse portfolio of analytical and programmatic capabilities to help our customers make informed decisions on their most challenging issues.
We have a near-term need for a Sr. Analyst to provide onsite support at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities SPA is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support OSD oversight of the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) mission area. The PNT Senior Analyst will provide onsite support to the Space and Missile Defense Directorate under the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (A&S)/Strategic, Space, and Intelligence Portfolio Management (SSIPM) Office as an expert acquisition portfolio adviser on PNT systems like the Global Positioning System (GPS) and its control segments. Develop decision-ready material for senior leaders and apply the initiative to navigate headquarters and acquisition processes to support the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (DASD) portfolio management responsibilities. Particular focus will be serving as an expert acquisition portfolio adviser on PNT systems and their control segments. Analyst will support portfolio management and oversight of systems through development, production, and fielding to the warfighter. Qualifications Required:
