The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Pediatrics, is seeking outstanding individuals to join the Pediatric Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine Division at UT Southwestern and Children's Health Dallas. Eligible candidates will join a growing Pediatric Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine Division.
Children's Health Dallas is the primary pediatric teaching hospital of UT Southwestern and includes all pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties. In addition, ranked in all the top 10 specialties by US News and World Report. Participation in the educational program for Pediatric residents, fellows, nurses and medical students is expected. Excellent support is available for clinical and basic sciences research for those interested. Training in Sleep Medicine is available. Candidates should have a record of academic success and commitment to excellence in patient care and teaching. Interest in niche conditions such as rare lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, and bronchopulmonary dysplasia is a bonus. Attractive packages are available for those experienced in basic, clinical or translational research. Selected candidates must be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Texas and be board eligible or certified in Pediatric Pulmonology. Academic rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience. Consideration may be given to applicants seeking less than a full-time status.
