SPA has a need for experienced Operations Research Analysts for Model-Based Mission Engineering to join our growing team in the Pentagon. Work is expected to start in October 2024. Responsibilities Responsibilities include supporting the Model-based Mission Engineering (MBME) initiative, which is a proposed approach to the massive, comprehensive digital engineering transformation, as envisioned by the DoD Digital Engineering Strategy. MBME utilizes digital Mission Thread (MT) and Mission Engineering Thread (MET) models to provide a mission context to concept exploration, capability development, and throughout the systems engineering and acquisitions life cycles. Analysis includes reviewing each component of the interface(s) and getting feedback through engagement with users. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelors' degree in mathematics, operations research, or technical field. Masters' and/or PhD preferred.
