Summary The Coding Manager is responsible to oversee all of the daily functions for their particular area of obligation. Promote and support Teamwork, and engagement, performance excellence, accountability and professionalism. Lead and support process improvement, lead and support collaboration with internal customers (Clinics, PB Coders/Billers, etc.). Manage within the established Department budget and DNFC/DNFC goals. Ensure the Coding Team have the education and tools they need to successfully perform, to the highest levels of quality and compliance. Experience and Education
