The Department of Neurology (ranked #18 for neurology and neurosurgery) is seeking an academic Movement Disorders Neurologist. UT Southwestern Medical Center has been named the #1 hospital in Texas (*tie) and among the best in the nation, according to U.S. News & World Report. Established in 1994 as the Clinical Center for Movement Disorders, our team oversees over 7000 patient visits per year. Our section's internationally recognized leaders in ataxia, dystonia, Parkinson's disease, and tremor are at the forefront of innovation. We are home to a multidisciplinary Ataxia Center of Excellence. Opportunity Details: We are a vibrant group of 9 full-time clinicians and researchers, including internationally recognized leaders in ataxia, dystonia, and tremor. We also have 3 APPs who support our clinical endeavors.
