Qualifications:

Certified Occuapational Therapy Assistant

  • Education: Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensure: Current Arkansas license for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Certifications: CPR
  • Preferred Experience: One year experience in caring for adult and geriatric patients

Physical Therapist Assistant

  • Education: Graduate of PTA program approved by Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education and/or according to State Law.
  • Licensure: Current License in the state of Arkansas as Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Other: Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills required. Person must be able to work well with others and be flexible with regard to performing a variety of duties.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in working with people.
  • Preferred Other: Basic computer skills, good ability to communicate one to one.

Occupational Therapist

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Licensure: Current occupational therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state
  • Certifications: Current BLS through the American Heart Association
  • Other: Must be able to respond to emergency situations
  • Preferred Certifications: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy

Physical Therapist

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensure: Current Arkansas license of Physical Therapy or eligible for Oklahoma licensure.
  • Certifications: Current CPR certification.
  • Preferred Experience: Six months to one year of experience caring for patients of all ages.

Speech Therapist

  • Education: Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Current licensure or eligible for licensure in applicable State of practice.
  • Experience: One year of experience
  • Certifications: Certification from American Speech and Hearing Association. BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in caring for patients of all ages preferred.
