    Performs plans reading and acts as liaison between designers, utility agencies and owner on behalf of clients. Can serve as representative of T2ue at client meetings. Regularly interfaces with existing and potential clients to secure new assignments. Develops and maintains relationships with existing and new clientsAnalyzes backlog, resources, and sales to determine priorities and needs and coordinates with Regional Manager to secure necessary resources and equipmentOversees all QA/QC functions to ensure accurate and high-quality deliverables to clientsAssists with fee proposals and interfaces with clients to obtain workPrepares work plans, assembles project team, delegates tasks and ensures compliance with scope and timely completion of tasksReviews and approves design calculations submittals, specifications and other submittalsReviews invoices and prepares/reviews progress reports to clientResponsible for performance and work accomplishment of all contractsManage projects so they are completed on time and are profitableEnsure appropriate quality control measures have been implementedEnsure the client is satisfied with the work products and service providedDevelop and maintain a project schedule including developing scope, budget and tracking project costsAssure that project mapping is performed in accordance with established company procedures and industry requirementsBuild relationships with potential and existing clients to foster a long-term business relationshipLead the identification and selectivity of opportunitiesDevelop solution for the client and present value to client's organizationEnforce compliance with established risk management proceduresDevelop new and expand current senior level relationships with clients and business partners in the regionEngage with senior level client executives to negotiate and close complex transactionsProvide continuous surveillance of the local marketReport on client and competitor activities and initiate action accordinglyPrepare business activity and forecast reportsSupport the local office or regional marketing effortsProvide sales goal tracking and reportingMonitor and evaluate the activities of the competitionSecure signed contracts from new and existing clients consistent with T2ue's policyPromote the broad array of T2ue capabilities and service offerings (Survey, SUE and UC) to clients and potential clients, in a concerted effort to be the "go to" provider for related service projectsWork in collaboration with Business Development unit to identify and target potential Texas Clients including attending tradeshow/event support opportunitiesHelp Clients to understand the ROI of our services Qualifications: 
    Professionally licensed in engineering (PE), surveying or geology, or alternatively, 4 year college degree plus 3 years' experience in a utility design or utility construction related field, or alternatively, 8 years' experience in a utility design or utility construction related field, or alternatively, 2 years as a Project manager in the Utilities DivisionBSc/MSc Surveying, Civil Engineering or ConstructionMinimum of ten (10) years of related/relevant experienceAbility to effectively network to obtain strategic growth KPl's for new business and key clientsAbility to effectively work under pressure, strategic vision, organizational capability, market intimacyAbility to negotiate proposals and contractsExceptional presentation skillsProject manager experience necessary producing deliverables for Client contractsMicroStation/ORD, Auto CADD Civil 3D a plus We Offer a Complete Benefits Package!
