Job Summary

GP Strategies is looking for a Call center coordinator to join our team to guarantee the satisfaction of the Distributors' Network, ensuring the fulfillment of orders in due time and form, as well as the search for improvement opportunities in the logistics process.

Primary responsibilities will be to:



  • Follow-up with parts analysts to backorders and/or special orders.
  • Follow-up and response to Distributors' requests by mail and telephone.
  • Search for references and accessories.
  • Search and price analysis.
  • Order placement and cancellation.
  • Investigation and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Order creation and warehouse process management.
  • Taking of photographs.
  • Modification of manuals.
  • Modification of organizational charts.
  • Modification of training matrix Projects.
  • Customs knowledge.


Qualifications:



  • Data analysis and reporting skills (intermediate-advanced Excel).
  • 6+ months in activities related to purchasing and ordering processes, customer service, call centers or related.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Relations and/or International Trade.
  • Written and spoken expression (intermediate-advanced Spanish and English).
