We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team within the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems used in aerospace applications. Candidates must either hold a Journeyman's License or be actively working toward obtaining one.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components used in aerospace applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure all electrical installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to integrate electrical systems into aerospace designs.
  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance and repairs.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrician, preferably in the aerospace or a related industry.
  • Experience with backup generators, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Technical experience with work order systems such as Maximo.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety standards.
  • Experience with high-voltage systems and specialized aerospace equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test; security clearance may be required due to the nature of the aerospace environment.
  • Journeyman's License is preferred, but candidates actively working towards obtaining their license will be considered.
