Description
The Utility Branch Supervisor is responsible for assisting the assigned Branch and Branch Service Manager with day-to-day transactions and responsibilities. The Utility Branch Supervisor provides guidance, direction, and supervision to staff in the absence of the Branch Service Manager or upon request. The Utility Branch Supervisor ensures the delivery of high-quality customer service while enforcing security and safety in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. The Utility Branch Supervisor works cooperatively with the Branch Service Manager to incorporate the Banks values and objectives into the Branch acting as a leader in maintaining a motivated branch staff focused on sales and customer service. QUALIFICATIONS
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $20.67/hr to $31.01/hr. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A business line incentive may be provided ranging from 0% - 20% of the base salary offered, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
