Description
The Director of Infrastructure and Operations is a key role at Pacific Premier Bank ensuring that the bank's technology environment meets the strategic and operational needs of the business. The Director of Infrastructure and Operations partners closely with the Information Security team to ensure that the bank's technical infrastructure is fast, reliable, and secure. In addition, this role works closely with other technology and business leaders to execute on Pacific Premier Bank's strategic technology projects. The Director of Infrastructure and Operations will be involved in key technology decisions, partnerships, and architectural decisions. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the operations of the Network and Voice Engineering organization.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED:
A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $188,238 to $282,357. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A discretionary bonus and/or business line incentive may be provided, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
