Responsibilities

Peraton is hiring a Program System Integrator to facilitate the government customer's management of a large program. The Program System Integrator will assist the government Program Manager with establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs through the monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs. They will also perform holistic analysis to assist the government to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.

Support to the program includes the full life cycle to includes everything from test planning and execution, architecture design and prototyping, and vendor outreach and collaboration support. The program is strategically important to the national security of the United States and the work on these missions are frequently recognized for their results and the Program System Integrator will be directly involved in ensuring the government is successful in achieving their planned objectives of this growing, high-profile program.



Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD

    TS/SCI with poly required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus plus four(4)yearsofdemonstratedcombinedexperienceinDoDprogrammanagement,contractmanagement, and/or financial management, OR
    • A ProjectManagementInstitutePMPcertification,ContractManager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II certification in any focus area, and seven (7) years of directlyrelatedexperience, OR
  • Candidates must possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; ability to consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy is preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
